Dr. Mallory “Mac” McConathy is a Louisiana native from Stonewall, La with a lifelong love for animal care. She is a 2024 graduate of LSU School of Veterinary Medicine with interests in dermatology, neonatology, and ophthalmology. She is dedicated to providing compassionate care for animals, from pets to livestock, with an emphasis on individualized treatment plans. Outside of practice, she enjoys kayaking, running with her dog, Delta, and gardening. Dr. Mac is committed to continuous learning and active in the veterinary community.

Dr. Adam McMahan grew up on a horse farm competing in rodeos in the tie-down and team roping events. He attended the University of Arkansas for his undergraduate studies. He then moved to Baton Rouge to attend Louisiana State University School of Veterinary Medicine and graduated in May of 2016. He purchased Bayou South Animal Hospital in Lake Charles, LA in 2021 and Moss Bluff Animal Hospital in 2023. Dr. Adam’s primary interests in veterinary practice include orthopedic and soft tissue surgery, dermatology, and dentistry. While not working, he enjoys spending time with his wife Kristin, their two children and their dogs Brie and Bentley. His hobbies include hunting, fishing, and anything else outdoors!
